Legal Messengers

We provide our law firm clients throughout the valley with daily or on-call pickup at their office at scheduled times, all documents requiring court filing, issuance for service or delivery to a private office or government facility. This function includes all of the various Justice of the Peace Courts in Maricopa County, with the exception of Gila Bend and Wickenburg, Municipal Courts, again with the exception of the preceding cities, Maricopa County Superior Court and all of its departments, the Arizona Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the U.S. District Court. Filing and court issuances for out of county courts are promptly dispatched by the fastest commercial means of transportation commensurate with the timely requirements of our clients. All completed work is returned to the client the following business day. A transmittal/instruction form, which is furnished at no charge to the client, is utilized to provide both client and us with a permanent record of each documents movement from pickup to completion.

• A daily legal messenger pickup and return of the previous day's work to your office is provided generally without charge based on client's location and volume of work. A legal messenger service is defined as a messenger trained in various court procedures as opposed to a general messenger delivery service. Our service also includes delivering to you minute entries, recorded documents and various notices, procedural changes and other announcements made by the courts from time to time. You will also be able to get immediate updates from the courts by going to court news at this website


• Same day filing for Maricopa Superior Court and related departments within that complex, U.S. Federal Courts, Appeals Courts, Supreme Courts, state and county agencies located in downtown phoenix. Most Justice of the Peace and Municipal Courts. Filing in outlying Justice and Municipal Courts is completed on the following business morning at no charge


• We will advance filing fees on an emergency basis or when requested we will also advance witness or agency fees upon your request based on this surcharge: 10% or $1.00 minimum


• To obtain copies of records from courts or other agencies there is a $10.00 minimum charge
