Service of Process

The service of all legal notices authorized by private process server in accordance with the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure. Private process servers retained or employed by this company locally, intrastate or interstate are carefully screened as to experience, knowledge of applicable laws and reliability. Services are required to be accomplished on a same day basis or as expediently as circumstances permit, and the facts reflecting that due notice was properly tendered must be affirmed and promptly submitted. For interstate service this company utilizes exclusively, where locations permit, only members in good standing with the national association of private process servers, an organization whose membership must meet strict requirements as to personal background and ethical industry standards. For local county and intrastate service we retain, either as direct employees or affiliated associates, only those private process servers in good standing and who have proven their reliability and expertise. All returns are carefully screened by our office staff to insure compliance, accuracy and completeness prior to court filing. Services are attempted on a same day received basis, except where circumstances preclude, I.E. Services that entail businesses maintaining certain operating hours. Service performance is tracked by computer on a continuous basis to constantly improve efficiency. Our most recent figures indicate that approximately 40 percent of services received were successfully completed within 24 hours. 11 percent were returned un-served either because of inadequate instructions furnished or the party had vacated their previously known address. The remainder were generally completed within 7 days of receipt. We consider these figures to be an enviable industry standard based on the fact that much of the population of this state is transitory, the climate affords dwellers the opportunity to be away from their homes more frequently and the litigation we most encounter involves evasive debtors. A fact that dramatically demonstrates the effectiveness of our process servers, is that many law firms in the community, although retaining their present service company, call upon us to attempt difficult services that others have failed to accomplish.
