Special Investigation

Investigative services provided specialize in locating individuals sought as witness, defendants or debtors. We further provide asset searches to assist our clients in their efforts to obtain collection of judgments or other assessments. Our track record for locates consistently indicates that the vast majority of persons sought are located within a minimum of time.

• General investigative assignments are accepted with the fee based on an hourly rate, computed by quarter hour as to actual case work per investigator. A paid retainer may be required from clients without established accounts. We will physically locate witnesses, defendants, debtors, heirs, etc., within 90 day from date of assignment or there is no charge. We will also provide asset investigations to further assist you in subrogation and other collection efforts. We will provide documented research as to attachable properties, present employer for garnishment proceedings and other personal and business information found in the course of our search

Track down, Inc., has made a reasonable effort to verify the accuracy of this information and its source. However, we assume no liability for any inaccuracy, mistake or human error within the source itself, whether public, private or confidential or in the subsequent compilation of such information.

Note: if an assignment for skip tracing is canceled prior to expiration of the 90 day assignment period, you will be billed no less than 50% of the invoiced amount due at the time. Asset searches canceled prior to completion will be billed from work completed at that time
